The bill (Reg. No.6279) suggests the
transference of the date of putting into operation the laws "On Prevention and
Counteraction of the Corruption" and "On Liability of the Legal Entities for
the Committed Infringements" from 1 January 2011 to 1 May 2010.
In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the adoption by the Parliament decision on putting into operation the laws "On Prevention and Counteraction of the Corruption" and "On Liability of the Legal Entities for the Committed Infringements" from 1 April 2010 to 1 January 2011 was caused by their imperfection and need of the considerable elaboration o their norms.
The Committee members also pointed out the attention to the fact that the Plenum of the Supreme Court on 27 November 2009 addressed the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the appeal regarding the compliance of the number of principles of the indicated laws and there is no decision of the Constitutional Court regarding these matters.
